Best Stay EVER!!!

We live about 2.5 hours from Pigeon Forge and have been many times but this place tops the cake. The condo was spacious, luxurious and had everything we needed from sleeping arrangements to the utensils! The amenities were great with two nice swimming pools and a hot tub to relax in after a day of fun! Location Location Location! This condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and many attractions! Kelly is the best host hands down and made sure everything was perfect! We had the best time ever! Thank you ☺️

Quiet getaway - next to everything.

This condo is in a secluded, quiet community, yet close enough to all the fun Pigeon Forge has to offer. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and supplies, bathrooms had plenty of towels, and the lovely balcony had a beautiful view of the Smokies. Pool access was a great plus. Owners were great at communicating and replied quickly to our questions . Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful Stay

Super clean condo! Host was responsive and available for all questions. Furnishings comfortable and decor was tasteful. Grounds immaculate. Location close to Pigeon Forge attractions and eateries. We were even able to watch the fireworks from Dollywood each night. Will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay and vacation! The whole condo was clean and had everything we needed. The King bed was one of the most comfortable Ive slept on while on vacation. The views from the balcony were peaceful, and we enjoyed the short walk to the playground. It was also super easy to use the elevator, and we appreciated the carts that were available. Also, the extra blankets, toys, and games were perfect! Communication with the owner was wonderful, and has been one of our best stays! Thank you!!

Three Bears Den Condo

Since we come to Sevierville several times a year we have stayed in many condos over the years but the Three Bears Den Condo is the best one by far! It’s very tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. The kitchen is well supplied with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty extra pillows and blankets if needed. Towels and washcloths were thick and soft. The comfort of their guests has been well thought out. The balcony overlooks a very pretty walking trail with a pretty view of the mountains so we sat outside in the evening enjoying the view. There’s a table, chairs and a solar light on the table for night time “porch sittin.” The property has an indoor and outdoor pool, splash pad, horseshoes and play area with volley ball nets and a basketball court. In our room, we found nice beach towels, a basketball, and a volleyball! On the shelves were really good books for all ages, puzzles, and even board games. We especially liked the game "SmokeyOpoly" ! Check in is quick and convenient and entry was the safest I’ve ever encountered. The owner was prompt to send all the information we needed for check in. We were contacted by texts to see if we needed anything or had any questions or concerns. We felt really well taken care of. The property is conveniently located in the middle of town and family oriented but it’s in a beautiful, quiet and relaxing setting. We will book our stay here in this one every time we come to Sevierville!
